INFORMATION SOUGHT IN DRY CLEANER ROBBERIES  Sought

Polk County Sheriff's Robbery detectives are seeking information about two apparent related robberies that occurred - one in Polk County, and one in Hillsborough County.

The first robbery occurred on Wednesday, March 27, 2013.  Around 1:50 p.m. that day, an unknown white male suspect entered the dry cleaning business located on the corner of US Hwy 98 North and Marcum Road in Lakeland and robbed the clerk.  He fled on foot heading north towards Publix.

Two days later, on Friday, March 29, 2013, a very similar robbery occurred at a dry cleaning business in Valrico.  There are video surveillance photos from the Valrico robbery here.

The suspect is described as a white male, between 5'8" and 6' tall, wearing blue jeans, a dark colored long sleeved shirt, a dark colored beanie style hat, and dark sunglasses.   The suspect vehicle appears to be a white mid-90's model Infiniti J30 four-door car.
