INFORMATION SOUGHT IN VEHICLE THEFT AND BURGLARY  Sought 
Polk County Sheriff’s Office detectives are asking for the public’s help in a burglary investigation. 

On May 10, 2013, at approximately 8:05 am, a burglary and grand theft occurred in the area of Moccasin Drive in Lakeland. 

Unknown suspects gained entry to the victim’s residence and removed firearms, jewelry, and electronic equipment while the victims were away. The suspects then entered the victim’s black in color 2006 GMC Sierra 2500 truck located in the driveway of the residence. The suspect then left the location in the victim’s truck.  The victim’s truck was last seen traveling south bound on Highway 98 North after the theft.  

A picture of the victim’s truck is attached to this bulletin. The victim’s truck has been customized since the photograph was taken. The truck now has black rims, Road Armor Bumpers (front and rear), and a large silver in color Harley Davidson emblem on the rear window of the vehicle.
