INFORMATION SOUGHT IN RETAIL THEFT  Sought 

Polk County Sheriff’s Office detectives are asking for the public’s help in a Retail Theft investigation.

At approximately 9:30 p.m., on Friday, May 10, 2013, a retail theft occurred at the Circle K located at 2425 W. Memorial Blvd., Lakeland.

The first suspect is a Hispanic male, approximately 20 – 25 years of age wearing a red shirt and gray pants.  This suspect arrived in a silver mini-van and parked near the exit to the business. 

The second suspect is also a Hispanic male, approximately 16 – 20 years of age wearing a striped shirt and capris type pants.  This suspect arrived in a black vehicle and parked near the front of the store. 

The two suspects entered the store together and remained in and around the store for approximately 20 minutes.  After departing the store it was determined that 300 gallons of fuel had been taken from the underground pump.
