INFORMATION SOUGHT IN FUEL THEFT  Sought 
 

Polk County Sheriff’s Office Agriculture deputies are asking for the public’s help in a Burglary and Fuel Theft investigation. 

During the predawn hours of Monday, February 18, 2013, and again on Friday May 31, 2013 unknown subjects broke into a pump shed located in the area of Forest Lake Drive and U.S. Highway 27, near the Heart of Florida Hospital in Davenport. 

Approximately 50 to 100 gallons of red dye diesel fuel valued at approximately $300.00 was removed on both occasions. Video surveillance captured the images of suspects on both occasions who were seen driving Ford Diesel pick-up trucks,2005 to 2007 models.
