Polk County Sheriff’s deputies are seeking the public’s help in identifying two suspects in three cases of Retail Theft believed to be related.

At approximately 1:30 on Thursday, May 28, 2009, a white male entered the Circle K Convenience Store, 5600 Cypress Gardens Road, Winter Haven, walked to the beverage cooler and picked up two cases of Bush Light Beer.  The suspect then walked to the front as if to pay, then walked past the clerk at the register, out the door and fled the store without paying.  He was last seen running toward Cypress Gardens Road.  He is described as being in his 20s, having long brown hair, a thin build.  He was wearing a brown checkered shirt and blue jeans.

The second incident occurred at approximately 3:05 am, also on Thursday, May 28, 2009, at the Seven-Eleven Convenience Store, 7011 Cypress Gardens Road, Winter Haven.  In this incident a white male, described as being in his 20s, with a brown checkered shirt and blue jeans, asked the clerk for a pack of cigarettes, then left the store without paying.  The suspect was seen getting into an older model, white four-door vehicle without a tag, and fled the area. 

A third incident occurred at approximately 2:35 am, on Friday, May 29, 2009, also at the Seven-Eleven Convenience Store, 7011 Cypress Gardens Road, Winter Haven.  In this incident, a white male entered the store took a bag of ice and fled in an older model, white four-door vehicle.  This suspect is described as wearing a light colored shirt and blue jeans.
