INFORMATION SOUGHT IN WHEREABOUTS  Sought 

Innocent Destino, III, has been located, Polk County Sheriff’s Office detectives ensured the 7-year-old boy and his mother were reunited.  Innocent is unharmed.

Destino Jr., remains at large, and there is an active warrant for his arrest on charges of Attempted Murder, Possession of Firearm by Convicted Felon, and Child Abuse.

Anyone with information in Destino’s whereabouts is urged to contact PCSO Detective Paul Buoniconti at 863.577.1600 or 863.298.6200.

The Missing Child Alert has been canceled.
A Florida missing child alert has been issued for 7-year-old Innocent Destino III, a black male, described as being approximately 4 feet tall, and weighing 55 pounds.  He has brown hair, and brown eyes.  He was last seen in the 2500 block of Old Tampa Highway in Lakeland at approximately 5:30 pm on Thursday, June 19, 2014. 
 

Innocent is believed to be in the company of his father, 28-year-old Innocent Destino Jr, a black male, described as being approximately 6 feet 1 inch tall, 230 pounds, black hair, and brown eyes.  

Destino Jr. has an open Polk County warrant in connection to an on-going shooting investigation. 

The pair may be traveling in a 2004, blue Dodge Ram 3500 truck, bearing FL tag number 1914PD.  

The truck has a “Gone Diesel” sticker on the back window and has 22 inch rims.   

Destino Jr. is considered to be armed and dangerous and residents are asked not to approach.
