INFORMATION SOUGHT IN RETAIL THEFT  Sought 

Polk County Sheriff’s Office detectives are asking for the public’s help in a Retail Theft investigation.

At approximately 5:53 a.m., on Sunday, June 17, 2012, a retail theft occurred at the Circle K located at 2425 W. Memorial Blvd., Lakeland.

The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 20-30 years of age, wearing a white shirt and blue and white plaid shorts entered the store and took alcohol and candy.  The suspect left the store after being confronted by the clerk.

A second subject involved is described as a black male, approximately 17-20 years of age wearing a red shirt, black pants, and a baseball cap. This subject distracted the clerk while the first suspect stole the items.  It is undetermined at this time what the relationship is between the two subjects.
