INFORMATION SOUGHT IN THEFT  Sought

Polk County Sheriff’s Office detectives are asking for the public’s help locating a suspect wanted in a Theft investigation.

At approximately 10:15 pm, on Tuesday, June 25, 2013, a male subject inadvertently left his cell phone on a drink cooler after paying for gas at the BP station located at 2600 Havendale Boulevard, NW, Winter Haven.

When he did, a white male alerted his white female companion who concealed the phone, paid for cigarettes and gas, then both left the store in a black pickup truck.

When the victim realized he had left his phone, he returned inside the store to find it missing.

Store surveillance captured the images of the suspects.  The male is described as being partially bald or having a close cut style haircut, with a mustache.  He was wearing a white t-shirt and dark pants.  The female was wearing a black tank top and jean shorts.  Her brown hair was pulled away from her face.

Anyone with any information on his identity please contact Detective Aaron Kretzer at 863-297-1100, or 863-298-6200.
