Polk County Sheriff’s Office detectives are asking for the public’s help in a Retail Theft investigation.

At approximately 1:40 p.m., on Wednesday, July 18, 2012, at the Circle K located at 2425 W. Memorial Boulevard, Lakeland, a black male entered the store and walked directly to the beer cooler. 

While inside the cooler the suspect took a bottle of Cisco beer and concealed it in his pants.  The suspect was confronted by the clerk and ran from the store.

The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 30 years of age, wearing a red basketball type shirt, white shorts, and a teal hat.  The suspect was last seen running down Wasena Avenue, Lakeland.
