INFORMATION SOUGHT IN THEFT OF BEER  Sought 
 

Polk County Sheriff’s Office detectives are asking for the public’s help in a retail theft investigation. 

At approximately 4:00 p.m., on Saturday, August 12, 2012, a retail theft occurred at the 7-Eleven located at 2993 Duff Road, Lakeland. 

The suspect in the photo, a black male, approximately 25-35 years of age, wearing a gray shirt stating “NOTHING TO LOSE”, and plaid shorts entered the beer cooler and took 2 cans of beer and placed them in his shorts.  

The second individual pictured is a black male wearing a white tank top and purple cap.  This subject accompanied the first suspect into the store and left with the suspect.   

Both subjects left the area in a gray Ford Taurus Station wagon.
