INFORMATION SOUGHT IN A RETAIL THEFT  Captured 
 

Update: The suspect has been captured!

 

Polk County Sheriff’s deputies are seeking the public’s help in a retail theft investigation.

 

At approximately 2:25 a.m., on Saturday, September 2, 2017, an Asian male entered the Circle K. store at 3808 Deeson Road in Lakeland and removed several packs of New Port cigarettes without paying.

 

The Asian male is described as being 20 to 25 years of age, approximately 5’5” in height,  wearing a green polo shirt, black shorts, and brown slide shoes. The suspect left the store walking west on Deeson Road with an unknown white mail in a red and white polo shirt and tan pants.
