SUSPECTS SOUGHT IN PERSONAL ARMED ROBBERY  Sought

Polk County Sheriff's Robbery detectives are seeking information about a personal armed robbery that occurred in Kissimmee.

Around 2:30 p.m. on Monday, September 16, 2013, an armed black male suspect - who was later positively identified as 20-year-old Justin Pires - and another unidentified suspect robbed the victim as he was getting into his car in the 400 block of Prestwick Place in Kissimmee.  Pires and the other suspect struck the victim in the head with a handgun and stole the victim's cell phone and personal belongings.

After beating and robbing the victim, Pires and his accomplice fled the scene in a silver or grey four-door compact car, heading east on Cypress Parkway into Osceola County.  The suspect vehicle was last seen heading north on Pleasant Hill Road in the area of South Orange Blossom Trail.

Detectives have obtained a warrant for Pires' arrest and are seeking the public's help in locating him and identifying his accomplice.

If anyone has information about this incident they are urged to contact the Polk County Sheriff's Office at 863.298.6379.
