INFORMATION SOUGHT IN FELONY CRIMINAL MISCHIEF/TRESPASSING  Sought 
Polk County Sheriff’s Office Agriculture detectives are asking for the public’s help in a Felony Criminal Mischief and Trespassing investigation.

On Monday, September 30, 2013, PCSO Ag detectives responded to a pasture on U.S. Highway 27 near Warner Southern College in which suspects had damaged the fence which contained livestock.  A Honda four-wheeler ATV was found abandoned on the property.

A white male, wearing a black ball cap and blue jeans, along with a white female wearing a green neon shirt and blue jeans were seen walking north on U.S. Highway 27 just south of Warner Southern College after the incident is believed to have occurred.

Anyone with information about these subjects, or who can identify the owner of the abandoned ATV is urged to contact Detective Jay Scarborough 863-287-2224 or 863-298-6200.
