INFORMATION SOUGHT IN TRESPASSING AND ANIMAL CRUELTY  Sought 

Polk County Sheriff’s Office Agriculture deputies are asking for the public’s help in a Trespassing and Animal Cruelty investigation.

Sometime around 5:00 pm, on September 29, 2013, a vehicle, possibly a Ford Ranger pickup truck, left the roadway and crashed through a gated property off of Summers Road, Ft. Meade.  The vehicle struck a cow causing serious injury resulting in euthanasia of the animal.

The vehicle sustained front end damage and is missing an orange turn signal from the front.
