SUSPECT SOUGHT IN ARMED ROBBERY  Captured 

Polk County Sheriff's Robbery detectives are seeking the public's help in identifying an armed robbery suspect who robbed the CVS pharmacy on US 98 North in Lakeland.

Around 6:23 p.m. on Saturday, October 27, 2012, an unknown white male suspect went into the CVS store located at 6105 US Hwy 98 North in Lakeland and went to the pharmacy. After making small talk with the technician, the suspect then pulled out a small black semi-automatic handgun and demanded prescription medication. The pharmacy technicians refused to comply with his demands, and he fled from the store heading east. A witness observed the suspect get into a small blue car, possibly a Honda.

The suspect is described as a white male, 5'10" to 6' tall, 170-190 lbs, wearing a black beanie cap, a blue and black plaid long-sleeved shirt, faded black jeans and black shoes. He can be seen here in video surveillance photos.
