INFORMATION SOUGHT IN AN ATTEMPTED BUSINESS BURGLARY  Sought 
 

Polk County Sheriff’s Office detectives are asking for the public’s help in a Burglary and Theft investigation.

 

At approximately 8:20 a.m. on Thursday, November 9, 2017, the suspect shown below entered the Dollar General Store located at 160 4th Street in Eagle Lake. He removed a package of men’s socks from the store without paying for them.  The suspect was confronted by store employee’s and he returned the socks, then left on a bicycle.

 

The suspect appears to be a Hispanic male, wearing a red ball cap, plaid flannel shirt over a black tee shirt with a white emblem on the front, and black shorts.  The suspect has a tear drop tattoo on his right cheek below his eye and another unknown tattoo on the left cheek under the left eye.  It appears the suspect also has tattoos on both arms and hands.  The suspect was also seen leaving the store on a black or dark green medium sized bicycle.
