INFORMATION SOUGHT IN PETIT THEFT  Sought 
Polk County Sheriff’s Office detectives are asking for the public’s help in a Petit Theft investigation. 

At approximately 3:05 pm, on Wednesday, December 4, 2013, a “bluish” gray 24 inch Murray Mountain bike was stolen from the McDonald’s restaurant located at 2606 U.S. Highway 92 East in Lakeland. 

The bike had been placed on the south side of the business by a customer.  A white male described as being approximately 5’10” tall, with a slim build and short hair was seen exiting the restaurant and removing the bike.  He was seen fleeing east through the business parking lot.
