Polk County Sheriff's Office detectives are seeking the public’s help in identifying two suspects involved in a retail theft.


On February 24, 2018, around 5:19 p.m., two unknown female suspects walked into the Dollar General Store located at 729 North Combee Road in Lakeland. The suspects were concealing items in their purses. Between the two suspects, Dollar General Employees believe the suspects stole approximately $77.00 worth of merchandise.

Both suspects exited the store without paying for the merchandise concealed in their purses.  

The suspects are described as:

Suspect #1: White female, approximately late 20's early 30's, thin build, reddish/blonde hair tied up. She was last seen wearing long black pants, and a black tank top.

Suspect #2: White female, approximately 50-60 years of age, long grey hair tied into a ponytail. She was last seen wearing light blue short-sleeved shirt and capris pants.
