At 3:39 am, on April 28, 2008, three white males entered the Circle K convenience store located at 8324 Highway 98 North, Lakeland, and removed beer, chips and candy bars without paying. The subjects left in a white Dodge Durango with unknown tag number. All subjects were in their mid to late teens.

(1) The first male was approximately 5'8” with a slender build, short black hair, and a prominent nose. He was wearing jeans and a black hooded sweatshirt.

(2) The second male was approximately 5'5” with black hair in a “buzz” cut style haircut. He was wearing a “Dickies” sweatshirt.

(3)The third male was approximately 5'6”-5'7”. He was wearing jeans, and grey or brown sweatshirt
