SUSPECT SOUGHT IN FRAUD INVESTIGATION  Sought 
 

 

Polk County Sheriff's deputies are asking for the public’s help in a Fraud investigation.

 

On June 15, 2013, at approximately 9:50 p.m. an unknown suspect entered the Quick Shop, located at 302 Main Street, in Dundee.  Once inside, the suspect attempted to pass a counterfeit $50.00 bill.  After the bill was rejected inside of the store, the suspect went outside, and passed the fake bill to another customer, asking for “change.” 

 

The suspect is a tall, tattooed, white male, 25-30 years old, with brown hair and a brown beard.  The suspect has tattoos on his arms, and words tattooed on his chest/stomach.  The suspect was shirtless, wearing shorts and drove a dark colored car.
