Polk County Sheriff's Robbery detectives are seeking information about an armed business robbery that occurred in Winter Haven on Thursday, May 15, 2008.

Around 9:00 p.m. that evening, an unknown black male suspect armed with a handgun entered the Time Saver grocery store located at 1680 Dundee Road in Winter Haven and demanded money from the cashier. After robbing the cashier of an undisclosed amount of cash, the suspect fled in an unknown direction.

The suspect is described as a black male, around 5’11” to 6’ tall, thin build, wearing a black mask and armed with a small black handgun.
