3 Charged With Narcotic Sale at Auburndale Flea Market

After an undercover investigation targeting the sale of drug paraphernalia and narcotics, the Polk County Sheriff's Office has arrested and charged 3 vendors from the Auburndale Flea Market. Arrested Saturday, December 2, 2000 were: 

Ronald Rygwelski, DOB 1/16/43, of 1140 B McCampbell Rd., in Auburndale, charged with delivery of drug paraphernalia. 

Shirley Rygwelski, DOB 1/02/53, of 1140 B McCampbell Rd., in Auburndale, charged with delivery of drug paraphernalia. 

Mark Logan Kessler, DOB 6/2/69, of 2010 Trailswood Path, in Lakeland, charged with delivery of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine, possess of marijuana over 20 grams, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

On Saturday, December 2, 2000, undercover officers with the Polk County Sheriff's Office purchased drug paraphernalia and narcotics from the suspects vendor booth at the Auburndale Flea Market located at 1052 Highway 92 W. in Auburndale. All three suspects were subsequentially arrested, charged, and booked into the Polk County Jail.
