Arrested During Undercover Operation
Polk County Sheriff's Office Bureau of Special Investigations
detectives arrested 9 suspects February 24, 2000, during an undercover
operation targeting lewd activity at Saddle Creek Park in the Lakeland
area. During the undercover operation, the following were arrested and
- Myron R. Cline, DOB
9/12/51, of 3016 Rossi Lane in Lakeland, occupation: temporary
services, charged with exposure of sex organs, committing lewdness and
violation of probation.
- Louis Murphy, DOB
7/30/59, of 1310 North Wilson Avenue in Bartow, occupation: Buddy
Buy-Rite, charged with exposure of sex organ, committing lewdness and
possession of cannabis under 20 grams.
- Charles Henry, of 8929
Old Highway 37 in Lakeland, occupation: Juice Bowl, charged with
committing lewdness and trespassing.
- 15-year-old juvenile of Lakeland, charged with violation of
probation for not being in school.
- Anthony Cochran, DOB
2/21/49, of 1561 Lakeview Drive in Kissimmee, occupation: City of
Kissimmee power company, charged with exposure of sex organ and
- Terry Cain, DOB
5/26/58, of 2122 Ariana Blvd. in Auburndale, occupation: music
minister at Life and Praise in Auburndale, charged with exposure of
sex organ and soliciting another to commit lewdness.
- Stevenson Dixon, DOB
10/5/78, of 220 Wiggins Road in Plant City, occupation: South Tampa
Health and Rehab, charged with possession of open container,
possession of cannabis and possession of paraphernalia.
- William Coker, DOB
6/25/51, of 633 Pilaka Avenue in Auburndale, occupation: ventilation
specialist, charged with exposure of sex organ and committing
- George Clever, DOB
12/18/76, of 1610 Reynolds Road in Lakeland, occupation: van
conversion, charged with battery and trespassing.
The undercover operation was in response to reports of lewd activity in
the public parks areas of Lakeland. All the suspects were arrested and
booked into the Polk County jail. The investigation is continuing.
