TWO TENNESSEE ESCAPEES ARRESTED IN LAKELAND

Members from the Polk County Sheriff's Fugitive Warrants Unit arrested 2 escapees from Tennessee, 1 Lakeland man for Harboring Escaped Prisoners, and a Tennessee woman on an outstanding warrant.

* Carl Allen Turnbow, DOB 6/15/74, of the Carroll County Jail in Tennessee, was charged on an outstanding Fugitive from Justice warrant.

* Charles Anthony Hinkle, DOB 7/17/61, of the Carroll County Jail in Tennessee, was charged on an outstanding Fugitive from Justice warrant.

* Donna Kay Richmond, DOB 8/3/66, of 83 Park Circle in McKenzie, Tennessee, was charged on an outstanding Tennessee Warrant.

* Edward Vandermyde, DOB 4/24/71, of 301 Colorado Ave. in Lakeland, charged with Harboring Escaped Prisoners.

Polk County Sheriff's Office detectives received information from officials in Caroll County Tennessee that Turnbow, Richmond, and Hinkle were possibly hiding in Lakeland with Turnbow's cousin, Vandermyde. Detectives went to 301 Colorado Ave. in Lakeland and after receiving consent to search the residence, they located Turnbow in one of the bedrooms. The home owner, Vandermyde told detectives Richmond and Hinkle were staying in a trailer on Colorado Court. Detectives located Richmond and Hinkle at a trailer park on Colorado Ct. and both were arrested without incidence. 

All four suspects were booked in the Polk County Jail.
