PCSO Traffic Unit Seeks Information Regarding Crash 

The Polk County Sheriff's Office Traffic Unit is continuing its reconstruction investigation into the fatal crash that occurred on May 31, 2002, at approximately 2:59 a.m. on Hatchineha Road, 10 miles east of Lake Hamilton.

Adam Jacoby of Dundee, was the driver of the 2000 dark blue Volkswagen Passat, and Miles White of Lake Hamilton, was the passenger who was fatally injured.

The preliminary investigation revealed that the vehicle veered off the right shoulder of the road and crashed into two pine trees.
