Warrants Issued For Two Men In Loughman Homicide

Polk County Sheriff's Homicide detectives obtained warrants yesterday for two men wanted in a homicide that occurred in Loughman on December 23, 2002.  Frank Levon Maye, DOB 10/24/80, of 2413 Barkwater Drive in Orlando, and Clayton Jerrod Glee, DOB 01/02/84, of 208 Seabreeze Circle in Kissimmee, are wanted for the shooting and murder of 17-year-old Byron Dargon. 

After intense investigation and interviewing several witnesses, detectives learned Glee drove the vehicle used in the crime, and Maye fired the fatal shots that killed Dargon and injured two others (Lemmie Dozier and Tony Jackson).

Maye is being charged with 2nd Degree Murder, 2 counts of Attempted 2nd Degree Murder, Shooting a Deadly Missile into an Occupied Vehicle, and Possession of a Firearm by Convicted Felon.  Maye is currently incarcerated in Orange County for unrelated charges. 

Glee is being charged with Accessory to 2nd Degree Murder.  Glee is currently at large.  His last known address is 208 Seabreeze Circle in Kissimmee but may be in the Orlando area.  Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Clayton Glee is urged to contact PCSO Homicide Detective Ken Raczynski at 863.534.6379.
