PCSO Assisting Franklin County Sheriff in Search for Missing Woman

County Sheriff's deputies are assisting the Franklin County Sheriff's Office (west of Tallahassee) in the search for a 19-year-old woman who has been missing for over one week.

On August 15, 2005, the Franklin County Sheriff's Office received a report of a missing 19-year-old, Pamela S. Kinney. She was last seen on August 14th at 9:00 PM eastern time in Apalachicola, FL. She is a black female, 6-00, 128 lbs., with brown eyes, and black hair, last seen wearing a white tank top, a blue jean skirt with black belt, and white flip flops. She did not have a vehicle or a cell phone and is believed to be in danger. Her photo can be seen on the Polk County Sheriff's website www.polksheriff.org under Breaking News, or the Franklin County Sheriff's website www.franklinsheriff.com.

Pamela may be in the Waverly or Lake Wales area.
