DRIVER'S LICENSE/VEHICLE CHECKPOINTS

Polk County Sheriff's Office deputies will be conducting traffic safety and driver's 

license/vehicle checkpoints during the evening hours of Feb. 25, 2005, from 8 p.m. to 

5 a.m., in the Lakeland portion of the county.



Deputies will be checking vehicles for proper equipment and drivers for possible license 

infractions and/or impairment.  



Checkpoints will be located at the following locations:

Skyview 

Fish Hatchery Road

Reynolds Road
