PCSO Deputies Arrest Davenport Man for Lewd Exhibition in Presence of Minor

On Tuesday, March 3, 2015, PCSO deputies arrested 32-year-old Johnny Casaigne (DOB 7/12/82) of 244 Mango Drive in Davenport, for Lewd and Lascivious Exhibition in the Presence of a Minor, and several VOP charges, after a 13-year-old girl reported Casaigne exposed himself to her and made lewd gestures.

According to the affidavit, the girl was walking to her bus stop that morning when the suspect, an unknown man at the time, approached her and began talking to her. The man, later positively identified as Casaigne, then exposed his genitals and began making lewd gestures. As the school bus approached, Casaigne fled on foot, and the girl reported the incident to the school bus driver and attendant. PCSO deputies located the suspect shortly thereafter and arrested him.

He has been booked into the Polk County Jail for the aforementioned charge, as well as five counts Violation of Probation – original charges, Indecent Exposure and Child Neglect.

Casaigne was recently released on February 13, 2015, from the Polk County Jail - he was arrested by PCSO on September 20, 2014, for seven (7) counts Indecent Exposure, and three (3) counts Lewd and Lascivious Exhibition in the Presence of a Minor. He served five months in jail and then was released on probation. Those charges stem from three separate incidents during which he exposed himself and made lewd gestures in front of a woman and her three children, ages 5, 6, and 9 years old. The woman knew Casaigne from the apartment complex where she lived. During that investigation, three other separate adult victims in the same apartment complex reported Casaigne also exposed himself to them.

"Within weeks of being released from jail for indecent exposure and lewd exhibition, this guy goes out and does it again. He's clearly not getting the message. Perhaps a longer stay in the jail, or maybe prison, will get through to him." - Sheriff Grady Judd
