He has been booked into the Polk County Jail under no bond.

PCSO detectives conducted a homicide investigation in the Kathleen (north Lakeland) area on Monday, March 14, 2011, at 620 Swiss Drive. The victim, who was shot to death, was positively identified as Tommy Chandler, DOB 3/19/83, of 1139 Gilmore Ave in Lakeland.
