In response to citizen complaints about prostitutes soliciting patrons and customers of businesses in the area of 5600 New Tampa Hwy in Lakeland, on Tuesday, June 7, 2011, the PCSO Vice Unit, with assistance from other PCSO undercover detectives, conducted an investigation targeting prostitutes. In all, undercover PCSO detectives arrested 11 women for Solicitation of Prostitution, and arrested 3 other suspects for various charges. 

Those arrested for prostitution were:

Jenny Roedel, DOB 05/22/1981, of 814 North Kentucky Ave in Lakeland; charges: Solicit Another to Commit Lewdness (3rd or Subsequent Offense); Battery on LEO 

Rachel Rainwater, DOB 10/20/1986, of 416 Meacham Lane, Paducah, KY; charges: Solicit Another to Commit Lewdness 

Heather Miller, DOB 04/26/1982, of 2205 Dillie Street in Lakeland; charges: Solicit Prostitution (3rd or Subsequent Offense); Possession Cocaine; Possession Paraphernalia 

Sandra Gibbons, DOB 01/13/1965, of Peachtree Street in Lakeland; charges: Solicit Another to Commit Lewdness (3rd or Subsequent Offense) 

Michelle Kramer, DOB 05/12/1981, of 1599 Georgetown Drive in Lakeland; charges: Solicit Another to Commit Lewdness

Ashley Julien, DOB 08/01/1973, of 1138 Lakewood Circle West in Lakeland; charges: Solicit Another to Commit Lewdness (Parker v. State)

Leah Johnson, DOB 08/04/1978, of 710 Adams Street Apt. 1 in Lakeland; charges: Solicit Another to Commit Lewdness (3rd or Subsequent Offense - Parker v. State) 

Michelle Erickson, DOB 01/04/1969, with no known address; charges: Solicit Another to Commit Lewdness; Possession Cocaine; Possession Paraphernalia  

Lilwanda Thompson, DOB 12/03/1965, of 814 Kentucky Avenue in Lakeland; charges: Solicit Another to Commit Lewdness (3rd or Subsequent Offense)

Shawnah Newcomb, DOB 01/19/1987, of 5600 New Tampa Hwy in Lakeland; charges: Solicit Another to Commity Lewdness; Possession Cocaine; Possession Paraphernalia  

Loraine Seales, DOB 08/23/1957, of 1764 Bayview Drive in Lakeland; Solicit Another to Commit Lewdness (3rd or Subsequent Offense); Possession Cocaine; Possession Paraphernalia  

Also during the investigation, Eliseo Mendoza-Cristino, DOB 03/10/1988, with no known address, was arrested and charged with No Valid DL; Christopher Morales, DOB 03/24/1994, of 1534 Palomino Way in Lakeland was arrested and charged with Possession of Prescription Medication With Intent to Sell; and Danielle Stillwell, DOB 09/12/1997, of 1927 Josephine Street in Lakeland, was arrested and charged with Possession of Prescription Medication Without Prescription.
