 Operation Pop Top Results  


On Tuesday, August 15, 2017, PCSO deputies, along with the assistance of a PCSO Explorer (high school student volunteer), conducted “Operation Pop Top” in an effort to combat the illegal sale of alcohol and tobacco to minors in the Mulberry and Lakeland area. 12 stores were checked and 12 were in compliance.

"We are consistently encouraged that the vast majority of retailers in our area comply with the laws prohibiting selling alcohol to minors. We thank them for their diligence. Those who do not comply will be held accountable.”  Grady Judd, Sheriff

Rightway Foods - 4205 Clubhouse Dr., Lakeland

Discount Liquors - 5457 Hwy 98, Lakeland

7-Eleven - 6075 Hwy 98, Lakeland

Circle K - 2175 CR 540A, Lakeland

Sunoco - 6915 Carter Rd., Mulberry

Race Trak - 6248 S. Florida Ave, Lakeland

Speed Way - 6808 S. Florida Ave, Lakeland

7-Eleven - 7040 Church Ave N., Mulberry

Murphy's - 6801 Church Ave N., Mulberry

Sunoco - 1285 Church Ave, Mulberry

Rocs - 806 N. Church Ave, Mulberry
