 Texas Fugitive From Justice Arrested In Polk County 


 

On Wednesday, September 17, 2014, PCSO deputies and US Marshals Florida Regional Fugitive Task Force members arrested Texas fugitive from justice 35-year-old Anna Moreno-Tolentino, who had a federal probation violation warrant for Alien Smuggling and a Polk County warrant from 2008, under the name Anna Moreno. 

PCSO deputies and US Marshals Florida Regional Fugitive Task Force members made contact with Moreno-Tolentino at 601 North Chestnut Road. She was taken into custody without incident. 

Moreno-Tolentino was booked in to the Polk County Jail on the local warrant, as well as the federal warrant on the following charges: Federal Warrant – VOP – Original Charge of Alien Smuggling; Polk County Warrant – Failure to Appear, Weekend Work Program (PCSO)/Knowingly DWLSR.
