 Polk County Sheriff’s Office Detectives Arrest 10 for Solicitation Prostitution 

“Prostitution is illegal and those who commit or who derive proceeds from this crime in Polk County can expect to go to jail,” said Sheriff Grady Judd.  “The negative social costs of prostitution hurt families, children and communities.  We will continue to investigate and arrest those involved in prostitution.”

In response to citizen complaints about prostitution activity in the area of North Wabash, on Saturday, December 1, 2012, Polk County Sheriff’s Office undercover detectives conducted an undercover operation targeting prostitution.  Detectives arrested 10 suspects.

Arrested were:

Gary W. Elliott, DOB 02/19/49, 361 Baldwin Avenue, Lakeland, Charged with Solicit Prostitution

Paul Gerard Myers, DOB 06/14/83, 831 Jessamine Drive, Davenport, Charged with Solicit Prostitution

Michael Gerald Toomey, DOB 05/12/53, LOBS B Grace, Charlotte Amilia, Virgin Islands, Charged with Solicit Prostitution

Valentin Espinosa, DOB 02/14/85, 2302 Dille Street, Lakeland, Charged with Solicit Prostitution

Daniel Lee Foxworth, DOB 01/03/64, 87 Lake Buela, Lakeland, Charged with Solicit Prostitution

Roberto Silva, DOB    10/17/72, 1710 South Wind Drive, Brandon, Charged with Solicit Prostitution.

Robert Leeroy Jenkins, DOB 02/04/66, 2111 Azella Court, Lakeland, Charged with Solicit Prostitution.

Masters Hemantkemar, DOB 10/22/39, 693 Hunters Run Boulevard, Lakeland, Charged with Solicit prostitution

Ismael Chavez, DOB 12/24/64, 3440 Moores Lake Road, Dover, Charged with Solicit Prostitution
