Polk County Sheriff's Robbery detectives arrested four men responsible for the armed robbery and shooting that occurred on Saturday, December 4th at the Circle K store located at 3808 Deeson Road in north Lakeland, during which the store clerk was shot in the hand.
Through their investigation, detectives identified Leonard Palmer, DOB 2/14/91, of 2026 West Magnolia Steet in Lakeland; Eddie Thomas, III, DOB 9/20/90, of 3818 Sleepy Hill Oaks Loop in Lakeland; Joshua Chatmon, DOB 7/17/90, of 3215 Baird Avenue Apt. K-75 in Lakeland; and Kristian Green, DOB 6/18/90, of 647 Ponderosa Drive West in Lakeland, as suspects in the robbery.
On Sunday, December 5th, Palmer and Thomas turned themselves in to deputies at the Northwest District Command station in north Lakeland. Later that evening, they were both placed under arrest and charged with Armed Robbery and Attempted Felony Murder, and booked into the Polk County Jail. Joshua Chatmon was located by deputies and was also booked into the Polk County Jail for Armed Robbery and Attempted Felony Murder.
Detectives obtained a warrant for Kristian Green, DOB 6/18/90, of 647 Ponderosa Drive West in Lakeland, for Armed Robbery and Attempted Felony Murder. He turned himself in to PCSO on Thursday, December 9, 2010.
