Sheriff Grady Judd and Bubba the Love Sponge are partnering to host a benefit motorcycle ride to honor Sergeant Wes Whitmore, who was killed in the line of duty on December 12, 2010, with the proceeds going to the Whitmore family.
Beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 29, 2011, at the Winghouse located at 4515 South Florida Avenue in Lakeland, Sheriff Grady Judd will lead the procession of motorcycles from the Winghouse in Lakeland, travel south on South Florida Avenue to SR 60, and then head west on SR 60 to County Line Road.
The riders will then take County Line Road north to Dranefield Road, and then Dranefield Road east back to South Florida Avenue south. The ride will end back at the Winghouse.
