 Undercover Narcotics Detectives Arrest Seven for Trafficking in Cocaine 


Polk County Sheriff’s Narcotics and Organized Crime detectives, working in conjunction with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), arrested 7 men at an undercover residence in Polk County last night and charged all men with Trafficking in Cocaine and Conspiracy to Commit Armed Trafficking.

The investigation concluded with the undercover purchase of 5 kilograms of cocaine for $36,000 and the titles of 2 vehicles. After the transaction, detectives seized the two vehicles, a .40 caliber handgun, and a short barreled shotgun. The following men were arrested and booked into the Polk County Jail:

Eugenio Agosto, DOB 3/31/79, of 2713 Old Medulla Road in Lakeland

Victor Lee, DOB 10/26/85, of 124 Greenville Road in Paloma Park

Eduardo Vargus, DOB 1/11/76, of 3212 Bird Dog Road in Mulberry

Ramon Ramirez, DOB 4/26/74, unknown address

Juan Ortiz, DOB 2/3/82, unknown address

Julio Agosto, DOB 6/6/73, unknown address

Noe Soliz, DOB 4/19/85, of 104 Denver Road in Crescent City

In addition to the aforementioned charges, Victor Lee was also charged with Possession of a Short Barreled Shotgun. After the arrests, detectives searched Eugenio Agosto’s residence and seized approximately 2 pounds of marijuana. Noe Soliz also has several Probation Violation charges out of Putnam County.
