The Polk County Sheriff's Office needs your help identifying a man who attacked another customer at the Publix Liquor store (2133 Hwy 540A East) in Lakeland on May 9th at around 12:30 pm.

The victim told deputies he entered the store while the suspect was holding the door for him. The suspect then reportedly asked, "You don't say 'thank you' to people who hold the door for you?" The victim then responded, "Thank you."

According to the victim, the suspect continued to express his anger from another aisle, then said, "I'll kick your (butt) if you say another word." The victim said, "Another word," and the suspect quickly approached him and began attacking him.

Another man who was with the suspect pulled him away from the victim.
