CRIME: GRAND THEFT
CRIME SCENE: CIRCLE K  
POLK COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE CASE 26-30425

On July 22, 2026, deputies responded to the Circle K located at 101 Polo Park Blvd in Davenport regarding a grand theft. The victim advised that she had placed her cell phone on the checkout counter while shopping and stepped away from it to pick up another drink.

The victim paid for her remaining items and left the store unaware that she had left her phone behind.

The suspect, seen in this video, appears to be a white male approximately 6 feet tall and wearing a blue shirt and blue pants. He is seen picking up the phone, placing it back down, and then picking it up again when he realizes nobody is watching. He put the phone in his pocket, exited the store, and fled in a black Ford Fusion.
