CRIME: GRAND THEFT
CRIME SCENE: CONSTRUCTION SITE IN WINTER HAVEN 
POLK COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE CASE 26-29181

On July 14, 2026, deputies responded to a construction site located at 100 Williamsburg Ct SW in Winter Haven in reference to a grand theft.

The project supervisor advised that an unknown suspect entered the construction site and cut about six feet of copper tubing from multiple home units. The total amount of copper removed was valued at about $33,000. 

The suspect, seen in this photo, appears to be a female wearing a black tank top and jean shorts. She was captured entering the construction site at approximately 11:25 p.m. and leaving the site at 11:43 p.m.
