Predator & Offender Notifications

Polk County uses Alert Polk to notify citizens when a registered sexual predator relocates, per the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. You don't have to live in the county to register. Click here to subscribe.

The Alert Polk notifications will be sent directly to your home phone, cell phone, or email address. When you register, please be aware that phone carrier charges may apply for all alert messages and data. You will only receive alerts that affect the address you register.

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) maintains the statewide database of registered sex offenders' and predators' addresses. You must visit their website by clicking here to do a search by name or address.

POLK COUNTY SEXUAL PREDATOR CHANGE OF ADDRESS NOTIFICATIONS:

All Florida registered sexual predators are required by law to notify FDLE when they change their address. PCSO alerts the public via a Citizen Alert (Alert Polk) when a change of address is made. The information seen here has been reported directly to FDLE by the Florida Department of Corrections, the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, and law enforcement. It is FDLE's desire that the information contained herein be accurate and reliable. Anyone who believes information provided is not accurate should contact the FDLE Missing Persons and Offender Registration by phone at 1-888-357-7332 or by e-mail at sexpred@fdle.state.fl.us.
