Uriel Aguilar

 

On June 26th, 2008, Uriel Aguilar and the victim, Pedro Trevino, ran into each other at the Prima Supermarket in Mulberry, FL.

The two men were co-workers and had previous altercations.

As Aguilar was leaving the store with his brother, Trevino approached Aguilar and challenged him to fight.

Aguilar met with Trevino in the parking lot armed with a knife.

The two began fighting, and Aguilar stabbed Trevino multiple times in the upper body.

Trevino was pronounced deceased at the Lakeland Regional Medical Center and Aguilar fled the scene. He was last seen in the area of Sparkman Road in Plant City.

Aguilar has an active Polk warrant for Second Degree Murder.

Brian Dale Andrews

 

On June 30, 2007, the Florida Highway Patrol investigated a fatal head-on traffic crash on U.S. Highway 27 in Frostproof, that resulted in the deaths of Danny and Patricia McCown.

Brian Andrews was determined to be at-fault and found to have a blood alcohol content of 0.36% BAC.

Andrews was booked into the Polk County Jail after being medically treated for the injuries he received in the crash.

Andrews was allowed to post bond and was released. He fled after his release and now has an active warrant for Failure to Appear, Driving with a Suspended License Causing Death (2 counts), and DUI Manslaughter (2 counts).

Paul T. Edwards

On August 6th, 2005, Paul Edwards was seen by multiple witnesses at a Jamaican Independence Day celebration on Palm Drive in Winter Haven.

During the celebration, Edwards pointed a firearm at the victim, Deborah Grier.

Witnesses observed him recklessly waving the firearm in her presence. Several witnesses heard gunshots and reported seeing Edwards standing over her body immediately after, right before he fled the scene.

Paul Edwards was last seen in Fort Lauderdale. He has an active warrant for Carrying a Concealed Firearm and Manslaughter.

Carlos Luis Barada

***UPDATE: NOVEMBER 17, 2022***

Carlos Luis Barada has been captured. On November 16th, Barada crashed his vehicle in Daytona Beach and fled. DBPD officers chased after him, and during a scuffle, he tried to pull a handgun from his pocket but was unsuccessful. He was arrested and taken to the Volusia County Jail.

 

ORIGINAL POST FOLLOWS:

On April 13th, 2022, a man was dropped off at the Heart of Florida Hospital Emergency Room in Haines City with a gun shot wound to his head.

The victim was flown to Lakeland Regional Health Center were he was pronounced deceased.

The crime scene was determined to be at a vacation home at 4408 Acorn Court, in Davenport.

Home security video at the crime scene recorded Carlos Luis Barada and his accomplice, Justin Jenkins, enter the residence with a handgun and rifle in an apparent robbery attempt. The video then showed the suspects carrying the victim out of the residence, and place him in a vehicle.

Jenkins was later arrested but Barada remains at large.

A warrant for Barada’s arrest for first degree murder and armed robbery with a firearm was obtained and efforts continue to apprehend him.

Reinaldo Ramirez-Peraza

On December 18, 2019, a 50-year old man was fatally shot in the front yard of a residence at 441 Fernandez Street in Wahneta.

The crime scene was determined to be an active marijuana grow house. Another active marijuana grow house was found during the investigation linked to the victim as well.

Julio Ramirez-Peraza and Lazaro Perez-Toledo were both arrested, but detectives continue the search for Reinaldo Ramirez-Peraza who was determined to have been actively involved in the homicide after the fact by assisting those who were directly involved in the murder.

Ramirez-Peraza has an active arrest warrant for conspiracy to commit armed robbery and accessory after the fact to a capital offense (murder)
