POLK COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE CASE 25-31045


The Polk County Sheriff's Office is investigating an arson that occurred Friday, August 8, 2025, on Park Drive in Babson Park.

The PCSO and Polk County Fire Rescue were notified of the fire at about 3:58 am.

Security video showed three unknown suspects wearing dark clothing and face covers. 

The suspects appeared to hit the victim's Camaro multiple times, and then set fire to it, using an accelerant. 

The PCSO is working with the Bureau of Fire, Arson, & Explosives on the investigation.
