Cell phone theft at the Dollar General in Lakeland

The PCSO is investigating the theft of a cell phone that occurred on January 13th at the Dollar General store at 8201 US 98 North in Lakeland.
The owner of the phone placed his phone down on the check-out counter while paying for his items at around 6:15pm. The victim accidentally left his phone on the counter.
Someone found the phone and rather than contacting the PCSO to turn it in, that person kept it.
A PCSO detective would like to speak to the man in this photo (white male, appears to be 50-60yrs old) about this investigation.
