CRIME SCENE: Circle K store at 2109 W Memorial Blvd. in Lakeland
POLK COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE CASE #23-18035
On April 28th at about 11:30 a.m., the suspect in this photo pocketed a cell phone that was accidently left by another customer. He was still in the store when the victim returned to look for her phone. The suspect then paid for his items and left the store with the phone still in his pocket.
