PCSO detectives have charged teens Demari Louissaint, Lamari Louissaint, Brian Cunningham, and Navado Blair with grand theft motor vehicle, grand theft of a firearm, burglary of conveyance, fraudulent use of a credit card, tampering with evidence, conspiracy to commit grand theft, conspiracy to commit burglary, possession of stolen credit cards, possession of five or more IDs, and resisting. 


CRIME: VEHICLE BURGLARIES

Suspects who appear to be teenagers and who we refer to as "handle-flippers" worked their way around Solivita during the early morning hours of Tuesday, March 11, 2025. They walk from car to car, flipping door handles and opening the ones left unlocked, then steal items from within.

The vehicle in this video, parked on Bell Tower Crossing, was locked and therefore not burglarized. So far deputies have identified three vehicles that were burglarized parked on Grand Canal Drive - those were unlocked.
