On Monday, December 9th, at about 9:30 in the morning, these two scoundrels of the streets were cycling through the Country Ridge neighborhood (Lakeland), just off of Morgan Combee Road.

As you will see in the video, one of the men rides his bike onto a driveway to get a closer inspection of a large cardboard box that was sitting out by a couple of garbage bins.

He decided the box was nothing and continued making his rounds.

He came to another house and spotted something that might be worth a better look.

He discovered wo packages on a porch and placed them into his mini trailer and rode off with his ill-gotten gains.

Our detective would like to identify both of these bicycle buccaneers.
