Polk County Sheriff’s detectives are asking for the public’s help in a wallet theft that occurred at the Skyview Food Mart located at 2939 Skyview Drive in Lakeland.

At approximately 8:36 p.m., on Friday, June 8, 2018, the unknown black male suspect seen here entered the store and picked up a wallet that another customer dropped, put it into his pocket, and left the store in a blue mid-2000 model GMC Envoy. He was wearing a burgundy T-shirt, with a gold logo that says "Be A Star" on it.
