CRIME: RETAIL THEFT
CRIME SCENE: 7-ELEVEN, 7240 KATHLEEN ROAD, LAKELAND 
POLK COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE CASE #23-37271

On September 12th between at around 1:00am, a retail theft occurred at the 7-Eleven store at 7240 Kathleen Road in Lakeland.

The suspect (pictured) stole multiple items and was confronted by an employee. The suspect didn't even acknowledge the employee and continued walking out of the store, and fled in a black sedan. 

The suspect was described as being about 5'5" and 150-pounds.
