The Polk County Sheriff's Office is requesting assistance from anyone who knows the identity of the man in this video. We’ll call him "Robert," because detectives believe his name might actually be Robert. "Robert" may live near the Howard Johnson hotel on North US 98 in Lakeland.

On August 8th around 3:00 a.m. "Robert" walked onto a private owner’s yard and stole a light blue Huffy mountain bike belonging to the victim’s son. This theft occurred in the area of Shannon Drive in unincorporated Lakeland.
